1. About XploraStory

XploraStory ("we", "us", "our") provides personalised star tour experiences delivered as shareable web links. By purchasing or using a tour, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Purchases

Each tour is a one-time digital product generated specifically for you based on the locations and dates you provide. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will receive a unique link to your tour upon successful payment.

3. Refund policy

Because each tour is custom-generated and delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once a tour link has been delivered. If there is an error in your tour (for example, incorrect dates or locations), please contact us at support@ops.xplorastory.com within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

4. Accuracy of star data

Star positions and celestial data are rendered from publicly available astronomical databases and are provided for personal, illustrative, and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, XploraStory makes no warranty regarding the precision of any astronomical calculation.

5. Intellectual property

The XploraStory platform, its visual design, software, and all generated content remain the property of XploraStory. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to view and share your purchased tour link. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the platform or generated tours.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to generate your tour and process payment. We do not sell your personal data. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store card details. For questions about data, contact support@ops.xplorastory.com.

7. Limitation of liability

XploraStory is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
